Here is the long overdue picture of Katie with her new braces. This was taken the day she got them on. It hasn't all been smiles and giggles, but she's doing a great job taking care of her teeth. It'll be two long years with them!

Thankfully, braces aren't as negative as they once were...she hasn't had any negative comments or experiences (yet!), and she was very brave about the initial pain. She loves them and can't wait for the oral surgeon to do the extraction!
Ahhh! She is such a pretty young lady. I bet she is already counting down the days til she has them off! Love you!
that's is true, so many people (kids and adults, alike) have them, there isn't the negativity like there used to be!

Cute! Tell Katie I wore braces for 4 years, so 2 is nothing. Especially if they are off before she starts high school! She will love her gorgeous teeth when she gets them off too!
